Abstract:
In order to provide some reference value for the development of microbial phosphate fertilizer for Toona sinensis.Rhizosphere soil of Toona sinensis was taken as test materials,phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were isolated from Toona sinensis rhizosphere using serial dilution plate method. The strain XCP9 performed maximum ratio of dissolving zone diameter to colony diameter were selected for 16S rDNA molecular identification and the effect of different carbon, nitrogen and potassium sources on phosphate solubilization by XCP9 were studied. The results showed that the strain XCP9 had a very high homology with Burkholderia sp.,the phosphate solubilizing efficiencies of strain XCP9 among different carbon, nitrogen and potassium sources were very significant and there was a very strong significant negative correlation between phosphate solubilizing efficiencies and pH.When using mannitol as carbon source, ammonium sulfate as inorganic nitrogen source, potassium chloride as potassium source.Maximum P solubilization of strain XCP9 achieved with 122.31 μg·mL-1.
