- Abstract:
- Using Flammulina velutipes strain as a test material, based on the single factor test, the Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to optimize the culture conditions of Flammulina velutipes liquid strains. The results showed that the effects of pH,temperature, rotate speed and inoculum level on the yield of dry mass of mycelia were in the following order, temperature>rotate speed>inoculation amount>pH,when the inoculation amount was 9%,the temperature was 22.3 ℃,pH was 6.9 and the rotation speed was 114.0 r·min-1,the dry mass of mycelium could reach 7.998 mg·mL-1.The liquid strain culture conditions obtained by Box-Behnken response surface design method could provide necessary technical support for industrial production.
