Abstract:
Using Flammulina velutipes strain as a test material, based on the single factor test, the Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to optimize the culture conditions of Flammulina velutipes liquid strains. The results showed that the effects of pH,temperature, rotate speed and inoculum level on the yield of dry mass of mycelia were in the following order, temperature>rotate speed>inoculation amount>pH,when the inoculation amount was 9%,the temperature was 22.3 ℃,pH was 6.9 and the rotation speed was 114.0 r·min-1,the dry mass of mycelium could reach 7.998 mg·mL-1.The liquid strain culture conditions obtained by Box-Behnken response surface design method could provide necessary technical support for industrial production.
