Abstract:
In order to clarify the difference of the disease-resistance of different grape varieties to downy mildew and provide reference for screening resistant varieties,20 wine grape varieties introduced from Georgia were used as test materials,the resistance was evaluated by inoculation of leaves with spores under the laboratory conditions and natural infection in the vineyards.The results showed that the disease-resistance evaluation for most of grape varieties under the laboratory condition were consistent with those under the natural conditions.The 20 wine grape cultivars were classified into 3 groups.‘Chekobali’ ‘Khikhvi’‘Kundza’ were the most resistant cultivars,‘Mstvane Kakhuri’‘Saknieta’‘Ojileshi’ and other 13 varieties were the medium resistant cultivars,‘Krakhyna’‘Tsulukidzi Tetra’‘Supris Gorula’‘Kamurs Tetra’ were the least resistant cultivar.The resistance level of 20 grape varieties to downy mildew were in the following order,‘Kundza’>‘Chekobali’>‘Khikhvi’>‘Ojileshi’>‘Saknieta’>‘Titska’>‘Kisi’>‘Mujuretuli’>‘Alekrahdrouli’>‘Mstvane Kakhuri’>‘Rkatsiteli’>‘Goruli Mstvane’>‘Danakharuli’>‘Chinuri’>‘Saperavi’>‘Tsolikamri’>‘Kamurs Tetri’>‘Tsulukidzi Tetra’>‘Krakhyna’>‘Supris Gorula’.
