Abstract:
The growth and physiological indexes of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin under different salt stress treatment(0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6% NaCl) were analyzed,and the growth and development characteristics of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin under salt stress were discussed.The results showed that the growth and development of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin were sensitive to salt stress.Under different salt stress treatments,the morphological and physiological indexes of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin plant were significantly different.The extremetolerance value of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin to salt stress was 0.5% NaCl concentration and exceeded the extreme salt concentration,then the plant was unable to survive.The degree of salt damage of Taraxacum kok-saghyz Rodin was positively correlated with the time of salt stress treatment.0.2% salt stress was the optimum concentration for salt tolerance identification and screening.
