Abstract:
Taking Aconitum carmichaeli, Gelsemium elegans,Phryma leptostachya and Polygala japonica as test materials,extracts from the four Chinese herbs were prepared by ethanol ultrasonic extraction and then macroporous resin purification.Mycelium growth rate method was used to test inhibitory effect of these extracts against Botrytis cinerea,which could provide reference basis for the prevention and control of tomato gray mold.The results showed that all extracts had effects on mycelium growth of Botrytis cinerea,and inhibition rates were improved when concentration of extracts rose.The 50% effective concentrations (EC50) of Aconitum carmichaelii,Gelsemium elegans,Phryma leptostachya and Polygala japonica extracts were 2.703 8 mg?mL-1,3.273 7 mg?mL-1,8.482 9 mg?mL-1 and 12.406 0 mg?mL-1,respectively.In pot trials,with the increase of the concentration of Aconitum carmichaelii extract,the control effect against tomato gray mold was improved.At 20 mg?mL-1,the protective effect reached 76.43%,and therapeutic effect reached 66.67%,which were equivalent to the protective and therapeutic effect of boscalid.
