Abstract:
Takingblueberryleavesastherawmaterial,totalflavonoidsfromblueberryleaveswasextractedbyultrasonicmethodandrefluxextraction,theeffectsofextractionconditionssuchassolventconcentration,extractiontemperature,ratioofliquid-solid,extractiontimeofextractionwereinvestigatedbyone-factortestsandorthogonaltest.Thecolorstabilitytestandinstrumentprecisiontestoftotalflavonoidswerecarriedout.Theresultsshowedthatoptimumextractionconditionsoftotalflavonoidsfromblueberryleavesbyrefluxmethodweresolid-liquidratio1∶5g·mL-1,extractiontime90minutes,70%ethanolconcentration,temperature100℃,theaverageextractionrateoftotalflavonoidswas7.24%;theoptimumextractionconditionsbyultrasonicmethodwereextractiontime45minutes,temperature60℃,70%ethanolconcentration,solid-liquidratio1∶5g·mL-1,theaverageextractionrateoftotalflavonoidswas7.18%.Consideredthatultrasonicextractionandrefluxextractionwererelativelyclosetoeachother,theultrasonicextractiontimewasshortandthetemperaturerequirementwasnothigh.Ultrasonicextractioncouldbeselected.
