Abstract:
The environment is deteriorated,the soil nutrient is uneven in China.So how to solve the soil continuous cropping obstacle and improve the quality of facilities cucumber has become an urgent problem.Facilities cucumber were used as materials in the experiment,changes of bacterial community structure in two different soilless culture medium by adding or not adding biochar were studied,explored group structure and interaction mechanism of rhizosphere bacteria on the soilless culture with biochar.The results showed that biochar was added to imported soilless culture reduced the proportion of Acidobacteria,improved the ratio of Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Alphaproteobacteria Actinobacteria,Actinomycetales,Rhizobiales,Xanthomonadale,Xanthomonadaceae,Streptomycetaceae and Nocardioidaceae in the rhizosphere soil,changed bacterial community structure,and increased the provision of nutrient in rhizosphere soil,promoted cellulose to glucose,stimulated iron absorption in the root and promoted root growth.Finally,the growth and yield of cucumber were increased.
