- Abstract:
- Six varieties of Agaricus bisporus were used as test materials.The enrichment characteristics of heavy metals such as lead,chromium and cadmium were studied by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and atomic fluorescence photometer,and the resistance to heavy metal pollution were studied.The results showed that lead,chromium and cadmium were detected in 6 samples of Agaricus bisporus,but they all met the national food safety standards.The test results of resistance to heavy metals showed that the ‘ACCC50554’ variety and ‘UA15’ variety had strong comprehensive resistance to 3 kinds of heavy metals,and the ‘F56’ variety was weak.
