- Abstract:
- In order to study the effects of microbial compound bacteria on sandy soil property and cabbage growth,cabbages and sandy soil were put as the research objects.After the sandy soil treated with the microbial compound bacteria CAMP,the effects of microbial bacteria on sandy soil effective bacteria quantity,sandy soil nutrient,cabbage biomass,plant resistance and cabbage growth rate were studied.The results showed that the microbial compound bacteria CAMP could improve the quantities of effective bacteria in the sandy soil which was 357.1 times than that of CK.The microbial compound bacteria CAMP had a good effect on improving the nutrient of sandy soil.The contents of total N,total P,available N and available P of the sandy soil treated with the microbial compound bacteria CAMP were 4.3%-10.1%,7.9%-10.0%,7.6%-24.1% and 3.7%-8.4% higher than CK,respectively.At the same time,microbial compound bacteria CAMP had a better effect on the biomass,plant resistance and growth rate of cabbage.After treated with microbial compound bacteria CAMP,the plant height,root length,root diameter,aboveground dry weight,aboveground fresh weight,underground dry weight and underground fresh weight were 11%,51%,8.9%,11%,27%,18% and 11% higher than CK,respectively.The contents of soluble sugar and total chlorophyll of cabbage after treating with the microbial compound bacteria CAMP were 180% and 35% higher than those of CK,respectively.This study had shown that the microbial compound bacteria CAMP had application potential in the improvement of sandy soil.
