Abstract:
Muskmelon was taken as host plant,and field efficacy trials were conducted for four biocontrol compound agents of root knot nematode by hole applying.The efficacy on the tested nematicides was evaluated through yield increase,control efficacy,and the decline rate of J2.The results showed that the 500 million live spore?g-1 Paecilomyces lilacinus GR+5% Avermectin EC and 800 million Bacillus cereus?g-1 WP+1.8% Avermectin EC+nematocide auxiliaries were the most effective agents.The efficacy was equate to 10% Fosthiazate GR.The efficacy of 0.5% Avermectin GR and 3% Avermectin CS were at medium level,but the efficacy of 0.5% Avermectin GR was better than 3% Avermectin CS which revealed the different dosage forms of abamectin could affect the efficacy of the drug.
