Title:: A Cladistic Study of Bryum Hedw.Based on Morphological Characteristics

Abstract:: According to the specimens collected form China，10 species of the genus Bryum，two species of the genus Anomobryum，two species of the genus Rhodobryum and two species of the genus Pohlia were taken as the research objects.61 kinds of morphological characteristics were used for cladistic analysis and the morphological characteristics of 16 plants were analyzed by MP method.The results showed that Bootstrap value of Bryum，Anomobryum and Rhodobryum branch group was 94%，and they belonged to the same branch.Pohlia was different from them in subfamilies.Two species of the genus Anomobryum branch group composition were in Bootstrap of 99%.Two species of the genus Rhodobryum branch group composition were in Bootstrap of 100%.The results showed that both the genus Anomobryum and Rhodobryum could exist as an independent branch.
