Abstract:
Roots of Astragalus membranaceus are famous herbal medicine in China. In recent years, as the market price of Astragalus membranaceus increased, its planting scale increased. A number of domestic real estate areas have carried out the promotion of standardized planting to improve the quality of medicinal materials to reduce ecological pollution. In this study we summarized the agricultural and cultivation measures for Astragalus membranaceus production, after a brief introduction on its pharmacology. Knowledge gathered in this study might be a useful reference for pushing forward the ecological plantation and the development of planting base of this herb.
