Abstract:
In this study,the impact of bagging technology on fruit morbidity,basic physical indexes and quality were studied by using ‘Red Globe’ grape in Weibei area.The results showed that the bagging effectively reduced the incidence of grape,increased the contents of single panicle,soluble solids (TSS),total acid and tannin (increased by 8.83%).It decreased the contents of total phenol and total anthocyanin.Bagging improved the ‘Red Globe’ fruit grape brightness (L value),increased the peel in the red (a value).It could also improve the appearance of the clusters and grapes,berry flavor,pulp and peel texture,and retain the integrity of the panicle.
