Abstract:
Rosa multiflora was used as material,the effects of IBA concentration,covering film time and cutting substrate on the effect of Rosa multiflora were studied with orthogonal design L9(34),so as to improve the breeding technology system of Rosa multiflora.The results showed that the best level combination of survival rate was the loess+covering film 30 days+IBA 100 mg?L-1;the best level combination of sprouting rate was peat mixed perlite+covering film 15 days+IBA 50 mg?L-1;the best level combination of average sprout height was loess+covering film 15 days+IBA 200 mg?L-1;the best level combination of average number of leaflet was loess+covering film 30 days+IBA 50 mg?L-1;the best level combination of average number of root was loess+covering film 15 days+IBA 50 mg?L-1.
