Abstract:
Radish was used as test material,and the radish buds were sprayed with different concentrations of sodium borax and borax solution to study the effect of sodium borax and borax solution on the self-incompatibility of radish.The results showed that sodium chloride and borax solution could overcome the incompatibility of radish self-incompatibility.The treatment effect of sodium chloride and borax solution with different concentrations was significant difference.2.0%NaCl+1.0%borax solution sprayed that the affinity index of 3.33 was significantly higher than other treatments,the effect was second only to disbudding.The spraying treatment with 2.0%NaCl+1.0%borax solution interval was the most appropriate treatment to overcome the radish self-incompatibility.
