A New Tomato Cultivar ‘Xirun 2007’(PDF)

Abstract:: ‘Xirun 2007’ is a new high quality F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred lines ‘DC0061’ as female parent and ‘DC000’ as male parent.It is indeterminate growth type,the first inflorescence sites on the 6-7th nodes,and the lasting inflorescence interval is 2 to 3 leaves.The plant is growth-strong,uniformity and medium maturity.It has strong natural sitting ability.The fruit is tall round shape,deep pink and medium shape.The average single fruit weight is 200 g.Its fruit commercial value and hardness are both high.It is tolerant to storage and transportation.It is resistant to tomato leaf mildew,low temperature and weak light.The average production is about 7 500 kg per 667 m2.It is suitable to be cultivated of winter and early spring in Shaanxi Province.
