Abstract:
Gentiana rhodantha was extracted from Liupanshui gentian by ultrasonic method.Filter paper diffusion method was used to detect whole grass,ground part,tissue culture plantlet root ultrasonic extract antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus,and to detect the effect of oxidant,temperature on antibacterial activity.The results showed that the three kinds of bacteria antibacterial effect of tissue culture plantlet root>whole grass>ground part;the inhibitory effect of whole grass and tissue culture plantlet root on Bacillus subtilis>Escherichia coli>Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibitory effect of ground part on Escherichia coli>Bacillus subtilis>Staphylococcus aureus.Bacteriostatic ring diameter of Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus when the concentration of extraction solution was 0.125 g?mL-1,the tissue culture plantlet root was (11.33±0.44),(11.67±0.38),(9.67±0.53)mm,and the whole grass was (9.42±0.45),(9.05±0.72),(8.36±0.44)mm,and the ground part was (8.34±0.42),(6.00±0.00) and (9.33±0.44)mm.The oxidant had little effect on the antibacterial activity of G.rhodantha,and the extract of G.rhodantha had thermal stability.The roots of tissue cultured plantlets of G.rhodantha could be developed into natural bacteriostatic agents.
