Abstract:
Hybrid progeny F1-2 of Prunus tomentosa Thunb.and Prunus salicina Lindl.‘Wanhuang’ were used as test material,leaf morphological observation,chromosome analysis,SRAP molecular detection methods were used to study the relationship between the hybrids and the authenticity of the parents,in order to provide the reference basis for the breeding and cultivation of new varieties of cherry.The results showed that the hybrid F1-2 was a hybrid of Prunus tomentosa Thunb.and Prunus salicina Lindl.‘Wanhuang’.The genetic base was more from Prunus tomentosa Thunb.
