Abstract:
Aronia melacarpa was taken as test material, effects of different kinds of hormone concentration exogenous on the rooting effect of the shoots were studied. PCA was used to evaluate the treatment combination which effect on cutting. The results showed that there was a large variation of rooting characteristics by different concentrations of exogenous hormone, among branching number, primary root number, secondary root number, root length, which were more than 70%. Two principal components which characteristic root were more than one were extracted by PCA and their cumulative variance contribution rate reached 89.109%.Overall,500 mg·L-1 of ABT1 had the highest score with the rooting number, 800 mg·L-1 of ABT1 followed, which had the highest rooting rate and seedling height, CK had the lowest score for rooting traits. In the process of production promotion, hormone concentration should be selectivly configurated according to the requirements of seedling.
