The fifth plenary session of the central committee of the Communist Party of China was convoked in October of 2015,the communique clearly put forward the ‘exploration of an asset income support system for the poor’,since many governments pilot,assets income poverty relief system in our country came to innovative precision precision of poverty alleviation,the important driving force to promote the development of China′s rural endogeny.The establishment of the poverty alleviation mode of asset income made the poverty alleviation resources from non-renewable to renewable.From the perspective of asset poverty,the asset had the effect of long-term development,the asset income poverty alleviation system can grasp the poverty root of the poor,stimulate and improve the future development of the poor households.Therefore,this study took Deqingyuan laying hens assets income poverty alleviation mode in Wei county of Hebei Province as an example,started from the present situation,the preliminary results of the model,summarized its experience,and to get relevant inspiration of asset yields accurate poverty alleviation model further,in the hope of asset income poverty alleviation through Wei county golden hens pattern on the accurate advance made beneficial exploration path.
