Abstract:

The age of ‘Internet + Agriculture’ has brought unprecedented opportunities for the farming entrepreneurs，as well as difficult challenges.The tradition and innovation mingled to enormously complicate the entrepreneurial environment for the farmers.Based on the development characteristics of ‘Internet + Agriculture’，the study constructed the quality evaluation model of entrepreneurial environment for the farmers，and evaluated the whole quality of the present entrepreneurial environment for the farmers in Jilin Province by using 197 entrepreneurial examples of the farmers.With the aims of improving the whole entrepreneurial environment and performance for the farmers，some suggestions （such as，enlargement of pilot area for smart agriculture，facilitation of contract team training，development of mobile internet terminal platform and introduction of internet financial service organizations) were presented to address the issues concerning the low-coverage of internet technology in the entrepreneurial environment，the marginal effect of entrepreneurial education，and the inefficient transfer of innovation information.
