Abstract:
Callus of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana were used as explant.The effects of different hormones(6-BA and IBA)on bud induction and different concentrations NAA on rooting culture of K.blossfeldiana were studied.The results showed that the optimum medium for bud induction and proliferation of K.blossfeldiana was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg?L-1+IBA 0.4 mg?L-1,the ratio of induction was 288.7%;the most suitable medium for rooting induction was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg?L-1,the rooting ratio was 63.3%.The survival rate of K.blossfeldiana root plantlets was 97%.
