Abstract:
Sonchus oleraceus L.seeds were used as materials,the influence of different seed activators on Sonchus oleraceus L.seeds were studied in order to provide reference for the effective development,utilization and protection of Sonchus oleraceus L.The results showed that CuSO4?5H2O,ZnSO4,H3BO3,CoSO4?7H2O,GA3 had different effect on germination of Sonchus oleraceus L.seeds,and 0.06 g?L-1 CuSO4?5H2O,0.40 g?L-1 ZnSO4,0.60 g?L-1 H3BO3,0.50 g?L-1 CoSO4?7H2O and 0.60 g?L-1 GA3 had the best processing effect,and there were significant differences compared with CK(H2O).
