Abstract:
Taking Gentiana stipitata as material.An endophytic bacterium with antibacterial activity was isolated by the method of tissue block separation and gradient dilution.Active substance of endophyte and relevance between its and active stubstance of Gentiang stipitata were analyzed,to provided foundation for the development and utilization of endophytes resources from medicinal plants.The results showed that endophytes WZ-6 had significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Corynespora cassiicola.According to the characteristics of morphology and 16S rDNA phylogenetic analysis,strain WZ-6 was identified as species of genus Paenibacillus,and showed the highest similarity to Paenibacillus terrae,reaching 98.9%.The results of HPLC analysis showed that the fermented product of strain WZ-6 contained antimicrobial active component of iridoid.
