Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to research the differences of carbon content,nitrogen content and C/N ratio between fresh JUNCAO grass and dry JUNCAO grass before and after sterilization.Fresh JUNCAO grasses,including Pennisetum sinese Roxb,Pennisetum purpureum Schumach and Miscanthus floidulus,and the correspondent dry JUNCAO grasses were used as experimental materials to carry out this research by single factor test method.The results showed that before sterilization,the carbon content of fresh JUNCAO grasses were lower than dry JUNCAO grasses,while the nitrogen content of fresh JUNCAO grasses were higher than dry JUNCAO grasses,and the C/N ratio of fresh JUNCAO grasses were lower than dry JUNCAO grasses.After sterilization,carbon content and nitrogen content of fresh and dry JUNCAO grasses were all reduced,and the C/N ratios of fresh JUNCAO grasses were all lower than dry JUNCAO grasses except for dry Pennisetum sinese Roxb.Therefore,sterilization had effects on carbon content,nitrogen content and C/N ratio of fresh and dry JUNCAO grasses,and fresh JUNCAO grasses were more suitable for cultivating edible and medicinal mushrooms which had lower requirement on C/N ratio.
