Abstract:
60 domestic and foreign alfalfa varieties were used as test materials,screening of salt tolerant and salt sensitive varieties by means of phenotypic identification,and using principal component analysis and the method of membership function of screened varieties of chlorophyll content, superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD),malondialdehyde(MDA) comprehensive evaluation.According to the comprehensive evaluation value (D value) of salt tolerance in order to laid the foundation for the construction of the genetic groups and the related genes of salt tolerance.The results showed that in 150 mmol?L-1 under the stress of NaCl,‘Asi’>‘Xingping’>‘Peru’>‘Caoyuan No.3’>domestic alfalfa;in 300 mmol?L-1 under NaCl stress,‘Adina’>‘Juneng’>‘Juneng No.7’>‘Kanghan 15’>‘Qishi T’.The germplasm resources of salt tolerance and salt tolerance were screened.
