Abstract:
Classification and identification of mycorrhizal were associated with Paphiopedilum micranthum,the method of morphological was combined with the ITS gene fragments were PCR amplified and sequenced,the rDNA ITS regions were analyzed by means of the software of NCBI BLAST.The results showed that the 29 strains with different micro- and macro-morphological.Secondly,rDNA-ITS sequence analysis of 29 predo minant strains.The fungi were identified into 23 genus and 1 family,23 strains belong to Epulorhiza,Tulasnella,Rhizoctonia,Fusarium,Trametes,Trichaptum,Daedaleopsis,Psathyrella,Fomitopsi,Chaetomium,Pleurotus,Lecanicillium,Eutypella,Lecanicillium,Peniophorella,which their frequency were 16% and 19%.Only one family belonged to Tulasnellaceae.12 strains of dominant mycorrhiza had different microcosmic and macroscopic,none of them had conidiophore,near the hyphal branching-points formed of septum and conjugate nuclei,11 strains mycorrhiza with intestiniform cells,the most of mycorrhiza had a distinct aroma.
