Abstract:
Wild type and artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.as were used the materials in the Qaidam Basin,and using spectrophotometry to analyze the contents of anthocyanins,polysaccharides and polyphenols of two types L.ruthenicum Murr.The results showed that anthocyanin content of 8.37 mg?g-1 and 8.97 mg?g-1 in wild type and artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.berries.There was no difference in the contents of anthocyanin and polysaccharide between wild type and artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.,and the polysaccharide content was 57.20 mg?g-1 and 57.88 mg?g-1,respectively.Artificially polyphenol content of artificial cultivation of L.ruthenicum Murr.was up to 50.59 mg?g-1,and its content was significantly higher than the wild type.
