Abstract:
Today,the supply and demand of vegetables has been the problem which the vegetable industry in China must pay attention to,it not only had the interests of relationship with the producers,consumers,but also had an important role on the entire vegetable industry chain and economic development.The supply of fresh vegetables in Harbin mainly depended on the local supply of fresh vegetables and the supply of other places.The supply of land,season,cost,circulation and science and technology would affect these supplies.The demand for fresh vegetables was increasing,and the structure of demand for fresh vegetables also changed.The factors influencing demand of fresh vegetables were income factor,price factor,natural factor and individual factor.According to the present situation of supply and demand and the relationship between supply and demand in Harbin,the supply and demand of fresh vegetables in Harbin were low efficiency of production of fresh vegetables,serious imbalance between supply and demand during peak season and off-season,weak production capacity of farmers and imperfect financial subsidy system and other issues,and gave advice from both the management subject and the government.
