Abstract:
The seeds of Acacia podalyriifolia were used as experimental material,and were synergistically treated with temperature,light intensity,and concentration of GA3 to design orthogonal test of three factors and three levels each.The influence of different treatments on germination rate,germination potential and germination index was studied to find the optimal conditions for germination.The results showed that the germination rate of different temperature treatments was significant difference.The germination rate was 93.333% with 25 ℃,4 200 lx light intensity,and 100 mg?L-1 GA3 solution.The germination potential and germination index were 81.667% and 10.958 with 25 ℃.
