Abstract:
‘Tianbao’ strawberry was used as test materials,effects of different nitrogen treatments on soil physical and chemical properties,enzyme activity,photosynthetic characteristics,quality and yield in strawberry were studied by cultivation experiment in greenhouse,and the treatments were respectively that CK(no fertilizer);N100(all nitrogen was provided by the urea);M100(all nitrogen was provided by vermicompost);M20N80(20% of the nitrogen was provided by vermicompost and 80% by urea);M50N50(50% of the nitrogen was provided by vermicompost and 50% by urea).The results showed that the treatments of vermicompost increased significantly the fertility and enzyme activity of soil,improved the strawberry net photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,content of chlorophyll a and b,reduced the intercellular CO2 concentration,increased soluble solids,sugar,vitamin C,soluble protein,and production of strawberry,but reduced acid content,comparing with CK and N100.
