Abstract:
Taking bitter gourd germplasm(Y105,Y112,Y115,Y116) from Japan as test materials,the seed liposoluble constituents and relative content were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that there were some differences in the constituents and relative contents among these germplasm.There were 23,16,19 and 20 compounds were identified in Y105,Y112,Y115 and Y116,respectively,33 compounds in total.Five kinds of liposoluble constituents were peculiar to Y105;five kinds of liposoluble constituents were peculiar to Y112;one kinds of liposoluble constituent was peculiar to Y116.The main components were 25,26-dihydro elasterol,Elasterol,β-Tocopherol,γ-Tocopherol,24-methylenecycloartanol.This study could provide basis for product development of bitter gourd.
