Abstract:
Forty-three strains pepper disease samples from seven major pepper planting areas in Qinghai Province were used as materials.By using the method of in vitro leaf separation identification and morphology observation,the type and distribution characteristics of physiological races were studied.The results showed that the physiological races of Phytophthora capsici in Qinghai Province were divided into No.2 and No.3,without No.1,the frequency was respectively 32.6% and 67.4%;physiological race No.3 was primarily determined as the advantage race in Qinghai Province.
