Abstract:
Fifty-eight accessions of Jerusalem artichoke were used as materials,SRAP marker was used to analyze genetic diversities,in order to supply references for breeding salt-tolerant new variety.The results showed that 16 primers selected from 110 SRAP-primer were used for amplification and 123 DNA bands were obtained,aincluding 90 polymorphic bands.The percent of polymorphic was 72.7%.The genetic distance indexes of 58 cultivars based on the SRAP data varied from 0.01 to 0.52.Cluster analysis with UPGMA method showed that the 58 resources tested could be divided into three groups.The first group could be divided into four sub groups.The results showed that The SRAP could fully reveal genetic differences for Jerusalem artichoke resources,and could be used in Jerusalem artichoke germplasms identification.
