Abstract:
The North American Begonia annual branches axillary buds with disinfection treatment were used as test materials.By the method of tissue culture technology combined with antibiotic,different kinds of antibiotics and concentration was studied in order to find the effection of taking off the bacteria.The results showed that on the surface of MS medium containing carboxy benzyl penicillin (250 mg?L-1) + kanamycin (50 mg?L-1),the effection of taking off the bacteria was the best;after screened on the multiplication culture medium and three times successive transfer culture,the stability factor of growth potential for regeneration seedling was the highest.After the bacteriological tests of the vaccine for the regeneration seedlings,microbes could not be found on the culture medium.The test results would be the technical support for North American Begonia quality nursery stock breeding.
