Abstract:
Seedling culture in nutrient solution without substrate is a new seedling technology for vegetables.As the plants grow in nutrient solution for the entire seedling stage,how to control excessive growth and how to cultivate strong seedlings are the problems to be solved,especially in summer.‘Yingfen No.8’ tomato was used as test materials,using a certain amount that was added in the nutrient solution multieffect azole,cycocel and shrink festival amine to control the growing of plants.The results showed that,added in the nutrient solution of 1,2 mg?kg-1 multi-effect azole,20,25 mg?kg-1 cycocel,10,20 mg?kg-1shrink festival amine could effectively control of the plant growth.Added in the nutrient solution of 20 mg?kg-1 cycocel,10,20 mg?kg-1 shrink festival amine,seedling index was 0.028 4,0.032 5,0.051 1 and 0.036 5,respectively.Compared with CK,increased by 9.2%,25.0%,96.5% and 40.4%.Added in the nutrient solution,20 mg?kg-1 cycocel,10,20 mg?kg-1 shrink festival amine moderate growth,could effectively control plant improve seedling index.Among the six treatments,adding 10 mg?kg-1 Pix and 25 mg?kg-1 CCC in nutrient solution had the best effect on inhibition of the excessive growth and cultivation of strong seedling with tomato in summer.
