Abstract:
The physiological and biochemical response of Brassica oleracea L. var.botrytis L.to Cu2+ stress were studied.The results showed that,Cu 2+ stress exhibited high inhibitory effects on Brassica oleracea L.var.botrytis L.The plant seeds germination rate decreased with the Cu2+ concentration increased,with the increasing of Cu2+ concentration,the root length,contents of chlorophyll decreased obviously.The activity of SOD and POD tended to increase,the content of MDA and Pro tended to firstly increase then decrease with the increasing of Cu2+concentration.
