Abstract:
Taking Sophora tonkinensis seeds as test materials,the effects of 4 kinds of different planting densities on growth and contents of total flavone,matrine,oxymatrine in different parts were studied. The results showed that the highest yield of root was got under treatment C (3 000 plants per 667 m2),there was no significant difference between treatment C and the other groups.To the effective constituents measured,treatment D (3 500 plants per 667 m2) was significantly higher than the others in the root.Therefore,the optimum planting density for the best yield and quality for Sophora tonkinensis was the range of 3 000-3 500 plants per 667 m2.
