Abstract:
Chlamydospores of Agrocybe aegerita Huang isolated from two strains SM and At103 were used as new materials to study the feasibility of inducing breeding.After ultrasonic-high temperature treatments of chlamydospores.Mycelium growing and fruiting among different processing were compared.The results showed that ultrasonic-high temperature treatments had obvious promotion effect on inducing breeding,the best effect was under the conditions of 300 W ultrasonic+15 minutes,40 ℃+6 hours,the induced dominant strains S3 increased yield by 29.6%,and with the inducing treatments of chlamydospores,the undifferentiated strain could form fruiting bodies again,the biological conversion rate could reach 30%.
