Abstract:
Young stem segments and leaves of Chimonanthus praecox cv.Luteus were used as materia1s.A study was conducted on the technology of tissue culture and in vitro plantlet regeneration to provide references for the quick propagation and factory production of Chimonanthus praecox cv.Luteus.The results showed that stem segment was the appropriate explant,and its appropriate media for callus induction,shoot induction and rooting induction were MS+0.1 mg?L-1 NAA+2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA,MS+0.7 mg?L-1 NAA+2.0 mg?L-1 6-BA and 1/2MS+0.1 mg?L-1 NAA,respectively.
