Abstract:
Taking two kinds of fruit type of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil in Qaidam basin as research materials,pH,the contents of trace elements,major elements,organic matter,total salinity of the soil were respectively determined by the equipments of pH meter and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the method of semimicro-kjeldahl determination,Mo-Sb colorimetric method,flame photometry,dichromate method and mass method.The differences between two kinds of soil were analyzed.The results showed that ‘Spherical type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil pH>‘Peach type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil pH,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Among trace elements,Fe was the only one that had significant difference(P<0.05),which showed in 0-20 cm and 40-60 cm layers,and the content in ‘Spherical type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil>the content in ‘Peach type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil;for total phosphor,there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the 20-40 cm soil layer,and significant differences in 0-20 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers (P<0.05),all showed that the content in ‘Peach type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil>the content in ‘Spherical type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil;for total salinity,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01) in 20-40 cm soil layer,and significant differences(P<0.05) in 0-20 cm and 40-60 cm soil layers,all showed that the content in ‘Peach type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil>the content in ‘Spherical type’ of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.soil.
