Abstract:
Cordyceps kyushuensis was used as test material,three-wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for determining the content of total flavones in Cordyceps kyushuensis which was extracted by Supercritical fluid method (SFE).The results showed that regression equation of ΔA rutin standard concentration was obtained:y=0.025 3x-0.090 4 with a relation coefficient r2=0.999 7.Rutin concentrations in 16-56 μg?mL-1 with ΔA obeyed the linear relation measured at wavelength λ1=302 nm,λ2=272 nm and λ3=244 nm.It indicated that the method had a good stability.The recovery was 94.80%-97.75%;the relative standard deviation was less than 0.67% (n=6).The content of total flavones extracted from Cordyceps kyushuensis by SFE was 1.89 mg?g-1.
