Abstract:
Dry seeds of Amaranthus hypochondriacus L.was used as material,and irradiated by aerospace environment and 60Co-γ-ray to study focus on cytological effects in root tip cell.The results showed that mitotic index irradiated by aerospace environment was not distinct difference than control.The mitotic index irradiated by 60Co-γ-ray was lower than control,with the increase of 60Co-γ-rays dosage;the mitotic index was more lower than control.Seeds irradiated by aerospace environment and 60Co-γ-rays,there were different aberrations in root tip cells,such as micronucleus,chromosome bridge,dissociative chromosome,lagging chromosome and chromosome conglutination.The dosage of aerospace environment on 18th recoverable satellite was similar to 60Co-γ-ray between 20 Gy and 30 Gy.
