Abstract:
Three carnation of ‘Flame’‘Rendes-vous’‘Cloud butterfly’ were used as materials,the influence of three growth regulator NAA,IAA,IBA in 100 mg?L-1 on the root growth of carnation cutting was studied.The results showed that NAA treatment was the best for root growth of three kinds of carnation cutting seedlings,which got the biggest root number,root length and root width,followed by IBA.NAA treatment significantly promoted the growth of ‘Flame’ root number and root length,and the root number,root length and root width of ‘Cloud butterfly’.The root number and root width of ‘Rendes-vous’ were significantly promoted by IBA,while both the width of ‘Flame’ root and the length of ‘Rendes-vous’ root had no obvious increase after all three kinds of growth regulator treatment.The results indicated that NAA treatment was the best for root growth of ‘Flame’ and ‘Cloud butterfly’,and IBA was better for ‘Rendes-vous’.
