Abstract:: Based on the background of Bohai granary project construction,taking Cangzhou city as an example,using the SWOT analysis method,analyzed cooperatives playing a leading role of the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the new agricultural technology transfer processand,and put forward the countermeasures to enhance cooperatives to play a leading role in the new technology transfer,then break all kinds of resource constraints to achieve farmland increasing on production of food.
