Abstract:
Hydroponic lettuce was used as material,hydroponic plant factory test,three gradients of nutrient solution concentration (0.8 times (A1),1.0 times(A2),1.2 times(A3))and light intensity(80(B1),130(B2),180 μmol?m-2?s-1(B3)) were set.Yield and the contents of vitamin C,nitrate,soluble protein and soluble sugar of lettuce at harvest time were measured to study the effects of different nutrient solution concentrations and light intensities on the yield and quality of hydroponic lettuce.The results showed that the largest ground fresh weight was A2B3,the lowest nitrate content of lettuce was A2B3,the highest content of soluble sugar was A3B3,soluble protein and vitamin C content in A2B2 treatment were the highest.Comprehensive consideration,A2B3 treatment was the best combination of hydroponic lettuce.
