Two kinds of Solanum nigrum L.were used as test material，designed four different plant spacing of 30 cm，45 cm，60 cm，75 cm in the process of seed breeding，to compare the effects of different cultivation density on yield of two kinds of Solanum nigrum L.The results showed that two kinds of Solanum nigrum L.yield reached the highest when the plant spacing kept 30 cm，667 m2 yield of big fruit Solanum nigrum L.reached 2 581.29 kg,small fruit reached 1 727.53 kg.
