Abstract:
The physiological indexes trends of Amorpha fruticosa Linn.under different fertilizer gradients and water ratios at the Lianghekou Hydropower Station plant slope protection engineering system were explored.This investigation provided an effective theoretical basis for the fertilizer and water system designs of plant slope materials in this area.The results showed that when the amount of water-retaining agent was held constant and the concentration of fertilizer was settled as 12 g?m-2,the malondialdehyde(MDA) content in the Amorpha fruticosa leaf was increased,the peroxidase(POD) activity was decreased,soluble protein content was increased,and the capacity of water retention was the highest.When the amount of fertilizer was held constant and the water-retaining agent dose was 10 g?m-2,the amount of soluble protein in the leaf was the lowest.However,when the water-retaining agent dose was increased to 15 g?m-2,the amount of soluble sugar in the leaves was the highest,and both the MDA and water retention capacity was increased.
