Abstract:
L16(44) orthogonal experiment design was performed with four factors of branch position,type of cutting medium,type of auxin and auxin concentration on rooting effect of soft-wood cottage of Actinidia arguta were studied.The results showed that the rooting effect on soft-wood cottage of Actinidia arguta were obvious by branch position(A),type of auxin(C) and auxin concentration(D).From strong to less the influencing order of factor was auxin concentration(D)>type of auxin(C)>branch position(A)>type of cutting medium(B).And the best combination selected was A3B1C4D3 which was using the lower part of annual branch as the cutting shoot,using moss as the cutting medium and using 1 000 mg?L-1 NAA+1 000 mg?L-1 IBA as the rooting hormone.
