Abstract:
During ‘the 13th Five-Year Plan’ period,facing the development advantages and practical difficulties,Ningxia Province Helan Mountain wine tourism,by strong intervention of power and systems,provided development list combining with integrated development of complex fusion of nurturing innovative talents reserves and cultural identity of the region under the new regionalism paradigm,which included vertical and horizontal,multi-dimensional development,stakeholder multidimensional adjustment,cultivating inter-disciplinary talent and cultural identity,and gave rational thoughts to sustainable development to realize the green sustainable development of cross-region cooperation and benefit-sharing.
